Orientation

How the corridor fits together

Chantilly sits at the hinge of east Charlotte. Walk west and you are in Elizabeth, with its hospital campuses and 1920s brick. Walk north and Plaza Midwood's commercial spine takes over. East across Briar Creek the grid loosens into the post-war subdivisions — Oakhurst, Country Club Heights, Coventry Woods — where lots widen and ranch houses replace bungalows.

Buyers rarely limit themselves to one name. The practical search radius is the corridor, and the differences that matter — lot depth, tree canopy, walk time to a coffee counter, the year a block was built — cut across neighborhood lines. Each page below is written to make those differences legible.
